Love, Love Living Here

This is the best place to live in Cypress. The staff is helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is second to none. Sheila, the manager, has built a great team. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment.

Dirty/unsafe/ pest infestation

If you notice the last 3 reviews is a lie. They all start with “Brooke is amazing “
Don’t rent here!!!! This place is old and infested with ants , the ants will never LEAVE because there are so many trees around. They had ants in the closet before I completely moved in(after already signing the lease). A lot of things were off or broken when I moved in. This company will see what they can get away with, they don’t try to change/fix/clean anything unless you really complain about it. Who has time... to constantly complain for things to get done. I have holes in my staircase that was requested to get fixed 8 days ago, yet nothing. Pest control came for the ants, but yet they are still here(because it’s an infestation) the ants will always be here. That’s why they were here before I even moved in. And it’s only in one room( the room right under the tree). The dishwasher had a moldy smell after several runs. The toilet paper holder had the past tenants urine in them. Disgusting!!!!!!! The gates are always open at night
