I have been living here for half a year and have been very happy with the complex. The community is very peaceful and lots of families live here. The outdoor areas are kept clean, the pool is big and well maintained. The mail room tidy and secure. The maintenance team usually responds to service requests within a day, sometimes two days. The units have decent appliances and I have never seen a roach! Overall a great place to live!

Not a smoke free community as they advertise. If you don’t mind your unit smelling like weed all the time then move here. Otherwise you can find another apartment complex that doesn’t really enforce smoking and pay a cheaper rate.
Besides the smoking and grounds the maintenance people are super nice and friendly. They are quick to fix repairs. We see them working 24/7.
