I live my apartment! The amenities are the best ! My favs are the pool ( that I use any chance I can) and the car wash. I love the surrounding neighborhoods and how active the community is with fitness. I don’t have any complaints, and will be sad the day I leave

After one year of living here I’m can’t wait until my lease is up!!!!!!!! The maintenance team is the only good thing about this complex. The pool is always dirty and be prepared for unexpected additional utility expenses that quadruple the bill with no explanation!

I would recommend my family and friends to Cortland Lux because this community is like a home away from a residential home base community, it’s very quiet, you don’t see people hanging out , I know it’s kids live in our community but they are so respectful and quiet no hanging out with loud noise, no one smoking in the community you see no trash no where , these are the reason I chose this community to call home after I sold my Residential home and divorcing after 25 years to come to a place... like this .
Thank you Cortland Lux and to the wonderful office staff we have also to keep this community running as it is .
