Dismissive And Condescending Staff
I’ve only been moved in here for 8 days and I am not impressed or satisfied with management. If they feel like replying back to your email it takes days. My maintenance request I placed when I first moved in has not been acknowledged / fulfilled. The entrance/ exit door that is just a few feet away from my door slams VERY hard every time someone opens or closes it’s, and this is frequently . The hinges need to be fixed , so that stops, and it is absurd that management has not already addressed... that. I can hear it from inside my anpartment and it’s extremely annoying and stressful. Unprofessional staff, I don’t think they care here. I’m looking forward to my lease ending especially if these are not addressed.
Update 1/10th: I have been consistently disappointed with my experience since moving in. Despite the property being marketed as luxury, my experience has been anything but.
There has been ongoing miscommunication and inconsistent explanations regarding my move-in special, which has still not been clearly or properly explained to me. I have attempted to seek clarification multiple times without receiving a definitive or consistent response.
In addition, I continue to experience loud stomping and excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor on a daily basis. I have followed the property’s instructions by calling and leaving voicemails when the noise occurs; however, no follow-up has been provided, and the issue has not been addressed. The noise persists without resolution.
There is also an ongoing issue with the exit door located next to my apartment, which continues to slam loudly. This concern has been raised but remains unaddressed.
Unfortunately, my interactions with staff have often felt dismissive, condescending, and lacking in professionalism. This has significantly contributed to my dissatisfaction and has left me feeling unheard and unsupported as a resident. I even took the initiative to reach out directly to a Bell Partners executive/director in hopes of escalation, yet I have not received any follow-up.
Overall, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for resident concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living at this property due to the unprofessionalism, lack of care, and dismissive handling of ongoing issues that directly impact quality of life. You’ve been warned…..
