I’ve had one pleasant experience with Eric on the maintenance staff, and Amanda was absolutely wonderful, but neither of those events can hide how poorly this place is run. I’ve had 3 work orders in for months and they have never been dealt with. Office never answers their phone, I’ve gone in person and they say I’m up next for maintenance and I don’t see anyone for weeks until I decide to ask again.

By far the worst trap off. Been 2 years and the pool doesn't work, false advertisement. Handicap and my apartment is right next to the street access, broken entrance gate and have been complaining about the lighting in my hall doesn't work. Very dangerous situation. It's been 2 yrs. and constantly told it would be fixed/work order. Also, some of the outlets inside don't work either.

When i first moved here they told me i had 2 months free but ended up making me pay for the other month because they did not put it in my lease and they were scamming people. Ac just went out they have not changed the filter for years there is dust everywhere. Cabinets keep breaking. Management is absolutely terrible and will do nothing to make sure you're living comfortably.
