How Is This Rating Determined?

Horrible Leasing/Management

The leasing office here is only open for a day or two a week, and when you go in person for leasing questions they refer you to call a phone number… that they never answer. It’s impossible to get assistance. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

You could set appointments in your resident portal or call/email/text any time. While... we have back-end teams helping remotely, you are always welcome to set an in-person visit if phone/email is not ideal. Poor living conditions

Poor living conditions, including persistent noise issues, unpleasant odors, and the presence of cockroaches. Management did not return my security deposit and cited what I believe were false charges. As a corporate-managed property, concerns were not addressed. Prospective tenants should proceed with caution.
