Cortland Legacy-DO not RECOMMEND

It is very poorly maintained and very poorly run. Never in my life have I had such a terrible rental experience than I have had at this property and with this company. Strongly advise against choosing to live there. Would not recommend any other properties owned or managed by Cortland either, no matter the location

The hallways are disgusting, they never get cleaned in the upper levels or the far reaches of the building. Doors are busted and metal wall plates are loud and loose.
