Our nightly rate includes the first six guests, with each additional guest incurring a $29/night fee. Parking is available in the 3-car garage or spacious driveway. Please note that spa jets and heater are not in use.

Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed, and pet cleaning fees will be applied. The property includes a noise alert device to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The device does not record or store sound data. The fireplaces in the living room and kitchen are wood-burning but not provided with wood, and guests are asked to refrain from using them without prior approval. The fireplaces in the master bedroom and master bathroom are inoperable. No street parking is allowed due to city regulations. The property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption, or marriage, with the exception of children related to an occupant.
Stay productive in the office with its cozy fireplace, and take advantage of the full laundry room for added convenience. The office room perfectly functions as a bedroom as well, equipped with a plush, full-size sofa bed. A laptop computer is not included.
