What can I say… 1. Dog crap everywhere it’s disgusting. Management does a horrible job with enforcing this. 2. Management is not get communicative.. fire inspections etc. they don’t email. 3. The stair wells are filthy.. someone left a dirty mattress in the stairwell and I had to call the office to have it removed . 4 PARKING IS HORRIBLE 5. The gate is constant broken. Overall this property is ran down the gym equipment is old and sucks. Again if you’re just looking for cheap rent then ok but... your paying for how the apartment looks upkeep etc. there also doing construction here so the color scheme in the pictures is not the color scheme now of the apartments Read More

On the surface this apartment complex looks amazing - great floorplans, amenities, appliances, and modern units.
The one pro to this complex is the maintenance staff - they truly are amazing!
The building construction is subpar - neighbors music and conversations reverberate through the walls, neighbors extra curricular smoking activities seep into rooms with shared walls, people do not clean up after their pets and there is dog waste everywhere, the entry security gates are broken on a weekly... basis, and Waste Management drivers pick up trash at ungodly hours-sometimes 4:00 am in the morning.
The front desk staff (minus Josh) are rude and incredibly unhelpful. Read More
