Love it here! I moved here in May 2025 &
I love ?? our Evergreen community!
My unit is almost perfect.
The neighbors are great.
The maintenance guys are always so prompt and friendly. The ladies at the front office are so nice and helpful.
I enjoy the activities the Evergreen office staff put together especially several of the food trucks that come by.
I’m enjoying my stay here and
hope to call Evergreen my home for quite sometime.

The quality of staff here at Montfair is unmatched. The leasing agent and team helped me through the application process and document submissions. Anytime I have a problem, they are there to fix it. It's a great property with wonderful administration, couldn't ask for a better apartment experience.

New administration is putting a lot of effort on improving this community, located in a great area with shopping centers and an excellent elementary school, great place to rent!
