Good Expreience

I have lived here for almost 2 years. everythings good. maintenance is really fast. tey come one day after you submit the problem, the house is new and the view is beautifull

HIGHLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

If you have an option and care for your safety, I am humbly requesting you to avoid staying at this place. I have been a part of this community since it was Lincoln, but one it became Helix, things have only went downwards. I totally agree to the fact that they required some time for the transition to happen, but as of now, the state is still the same and sinking downwards. Lot of burglaries in the community recently as well.

Poorly managed community

See all the other one star reviews. Ever since management changed and they went from Lincoln to Helix at Med Center office staff and maintenance have been terrible. No one answers the phone only the answering service and I've had issues with maintenance requests either taking days or longer before being addressed, improperly repaired, and emergency requests being ignored. Used to love it here but now I don't recommend anyone move into this community.

Stay away!

In recent months, I have noticed a steep decline in the overall quality of the environment here. It does not feel very safe anymore. Most amenities are not accessible/usable anymore. Trash is not being picked up regularly. The front desk staff is also not very professional. They made a mistake in the renewal contract and instead of apologizing I was being bugged constantly. The renewal offer was also higher than the rate for new tenants, and I would have not renewed the contract if I had enough... time to look for a new place earlier. No way I'm going to renew the lease contract next time.

Stay away!
