A/C stopped working A/C stopped working early Sunday morning. The temperature was going to be in the upper nineties later in the day. Maintenance came out on Sunday morning, replaced blower and had my apartment nice and cool by 9:00 that same morning. Responded and had A/C working in less than two hours. Top notch maintenance crew at Palomar in Webster, Texas!!

Okay Apartment Complex Decently rennovated units with open floor plan. Clean landscaping with good amenities. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.

Cons: Front gates are constantly out of service, a vehicle had its wheels and tires stolen before. Management doesn't uphold or enforce its own rules.
