The recent upgrade paint at The Haven looks amazing! All apartments also got solar screens which upgrades the look and helps keep the sun/heat out of the apartments!

Unsafe Complex, Management Does Not Care

Had to leave after 2 years living here, the complex has serious safety issues. Aggressive, off leash dogs have literally chased my wife numerous timesthrough our complex - the management did absolutely nothing about this. Homeless people sleep in the utilities building, needles in the parking lot, and had to hide out in our closet recently after some alarmingly close gunshots. If you have kids or a family, please avoid this complex all together they will not care or help in anyway.
