Wonderful place! ALL employees have been quick to respond, answer all questions, and made our move in super smooth! I would recommend this to families, single, or couples! The amenities are awesome, the apartments are clean and spacious!

The staff and community are very helpful, kind, and just amazing all around. People you might not even know will congratulate you on new accomplishments and I think that is the sweetest thing and really shows just how much this community really acts like one.

I greatly enjoy the security of the property and the gym. It is nice to know that I am close to post and in a safe community. The gym is also a wonderful amenity. Can’t wait to use the pools when it warms up.

My husband and I do for the most part living here. There's not many downsides in our opinion. The amenities are great, staff is friendly, the apartment itself is quite nice. After living here for just a few months now, I do have a list of things that could use some work / need a change.
During the summer, the water heater closet in our first floor apartment flooded due to AC usage and damaged the carpet, doors, and doorframes in the area. When we asked about the damages, they simply said,... they'll decide what to do later, I feel like we're going to be billed for it upon move out, and they're just prolonging the answer.
The courtesy officer doesn't do much, we've called him on multiple occasions and never received word back from him. So you're pretty much on your own in figuring out a solution with problem neighbors.
The office is always closed or not answering phone calls/emails. So good luck trying to ask questions about your lease or anything in general.
