I really like the apt set up but I would have to tell friends about the flood situation there before I could recommend those apts to anyone. I truly hope that the water problem there will be fixed !!

I would recommend for convenience and the neighborhood is quiet. I would not recommend the community the apartments are too outdated. Old cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, old appliances, the buildings are old no hardwood floors. The parking lot has damage that has yet to be fixed. The back fence is an eye sore it hasn't been repaired in months, I am a resident and my car was towed because my temp tag issued by the office was out by 2 days. I asked the office and I got an oh well as if I... don't live here. As a single parent with only one car and trying to work on one income that hits hard financially. The lack of care was a red flag.
