I was told during the leasing process that there would be community events. In the 6 months I’ve been here, there’s not been a single one. That was one of the most important things for what I was looking for in an apartment.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, and the community feels safe and well-maintained. My experience is not very good. The elevator is not working for the past 45 days and there is no update when it will be fixed. I am not able to park my rental car in the garage because they don’t have a barcode or passcode facility to access the garage.

The apartment itself is superb, but the amenities are not well maintained as expected. The leasing office is the best. Abby has been helpful to all our concerns and questions. If they could only clean the hallways, gardens and pool area this apartment would have been 5 stars.
