A late checkout at 1pm is $25, and a same-day request is $35. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests should only park in the driveway of the house and on the street directly in front of the house, ensuring not to block anyone else's driveway. Guests are not allowed to order mail or packages to this location. All communication must be through the booking platform; do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord. There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy, and any violation will result in a $250 fine. Smoking is prohibited, and there are devices in place to detect smoking and parties; tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. Pets are not allowed, and there is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; additional bags will incur a $25 charge per bag. Trash day is Tuesday morning, and guests are asked to move the trashcan out on Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day on longer stays. Linen and towels are freshly laundered between visits. Normal stains and wear and tear are expected.
