Due to Oklahoma's climate, bugs may be present in the home, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. A $250 fine will be issued for throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having un-reported gatherings with extra guests. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. If you request a late checkout, you will be automatically charged for the next night's stay if you stay past 10am without approval. Guests must sign in after booking and upload a government-issued ID for verification and acknowledgement of house rules to receive check-in instructions. Guests are not permitted to communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the booking platform. Guests are responsible for acquiring more consumables and toiletries beyond the initial starting sets provided for stays of 7 days or more. Guests of mid/long term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
