There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy, and any gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking will result in a $250 fine. Smoking is prohibited, and tampering with smoke/noise detectors will incur a $150 fine. Ordering mail/packages to this location is not allowed. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the platform. Lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. Guests may encounter bugs due to the hot and humid climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If the key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key.
