Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout requested the day before, or $35 for a same-day request. Guests are required to sign in after booking and upload a government-issued ID for verification and acknowledgement of house rules to receive check-in instructions. There is a strict no-parties and no-smoking rule, with devices in place to detect these activities. Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. A $250 fine will be issued for parties, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unreported extra guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; a $25 charge per bag will apply for excess trash. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between guest visits. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Bugs may be present due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. A $200 fine applies for pets, unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. Communication with neighbors/landlord is not allowed; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine.
