The Drexler townhomes at Holbrook Farms is a beautiful community that is well constructed and placed in a beautiful part of Lehi. I love the amenities and the community.

Drexler Townhomes is "fake nice"
For 3k monthly we expected "true nice"
Today's issue, my outlets were shooting sparks, which sparked me to write a review.
Our island is glued together. Corners and panels were falling off, the dishwasher was "walking" out of the opening because the wood it's bracket was drilled into had been cracked by the looks of it, it was during installation. Our unit was NOT cleaned properly. Small things left by previous tenants such as thumbtacks all in the walls and... ceilings, hair clips on the blinds, and tape all over the front door and living room fan. I took it upon myself to properly clean and found myself scrubbing someone else's turds off the toilet bowl. Pet waste receptacles are constantly overflowing. They charge a pest control fee yet there's still pests in the garage despite me requesting traps that never showed up. Tenants, look at your bill. We were being charged their utility bill until we questioned why we have 2 separate utility bills. After questioning it never showed up again, so why were we being charged that in the first place? Since we're on the topic of utilities, your bill will skyrocket from the garbage appliances. Washing machine is leaving dark stains all over our clothes, never been an issue with our past appliances, dryer needs to run 2-3 times to actually get your clothes dry EVEN FOR SMALL LOADS. Now the dishwasher, beyond garbage. I've run it twice this morning and still dirty. The detergent release doesn't always work and leaves it all down the inside of the door. Again why are we paying 3k for trash? These are things you don't see until you actually start living in these units. Don't move here.
