Feels homey and promising upon visit. But my AC doesn’t work, the windows are much thinner than advertised, and the neighbors are LOUD enough to feel like we are in the same room. Kind of difficult because individual AC control and double glass windows and thick walls was one of the main questions I inquired about and felt was ok to move in. For me these all associate with the importance of managing my health and it isn’t just a blanket old lady complaint. I’ve been a resident here Hardware Apartments for about three years now & I am still loving my experience here. The entire Hardware Team from grounds • leasing team • leader ship are the EPITOME of customer service. The amenities & buildings are of the highest quality & beautifully maintained. I see Hardware Apartments as a sacred space. My little sanctuary.

The leasing office gives mean girl energy. They are also incompetent

It took me 6 months to pick an apartment complex. As a busy executive, I wanted the perfect atmosphere, community and support. I toured every building with a common area and pool in the SLC area. When I walked into hardware and met Jonathan, I knew I was home. I told him that day that they were by far my favorite. I continued to tour and continued to believe that! Jonathan was amazing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he kept me updated. As soon as my ideal choices opened he... let me know and was extremely patient as I passed things by due to travel and other personal reasons. When we pulled the trigger, he walked hand in hand with me through the process (it’s been a long time since I lived in an apartment) and he made move in so easy! He was patient w me as I forgot how to do certain things or asked dumb questions because I was too busy to read all the incoming information. He made my moving day super convenient and easy. I can not say enough good things about him and hardware is lucky to have him! Hardware itself is an incredible community and the perks are lengthy. They have amazing common areas which make you feel like you are living in a mansion. The people I’ve met who live there have been nothing short of friendly and welcoming.
