No Pool, Constant Construction, Poor Upfront Communication
I was a previous resident when the building was Park at Pentagon Row. I loved the apartments, pool and location that is why when I had to move quickly I decided to come back to this building. I was unaware of all the changes! It was 3 months after moving in that I was told the pool wasn't open year round as previously offered. Then was told once pool season hit that it would not be open then. Poor arrangements to walk 3 blocks to a sister site for the pool that our monthly amenity fee is being... charged. Very similar situation for the gym. After the fact that the onsite gym was closed the option to go to a gym down the street was offer and STILL being charged the amenity fee.
Constant Construction and Demolition due to management company "reinventing the wheel" on cosmetics rather than fixing real issues like the loud plumbing and the consistent failure of the elevators.
BUT by all means lets redo the lobby and make it look like someone's home who cares if the current tenants are bombarded with noise from construction at 7 am EVEN though they swear communication has been made to the construction company not to start until after 8. It is very clear the upgrades are to hook new tenants and not for current residents.
