Great Building in great location coupled with good amenities

Overall, the apartment is modern and newly renovated. The building has lots of activities and is located in near the metro, whole food and Costco. The whole staff is amazing, very friendly and always helpful.

Perfect Fit

The leasing staff and the concierge desk are amazing! so friendly and helpful. I had all my questions and concerns answered promptly. This apartment complex is very nice, my video tour did not do it justice. it is amazing. It is perfectly situated next to a whole foods and so many restaurants. I'm steps away from convience. Did I mention the staff is awesome? 100% would move here again

Love it here

I truly enjoyed my stay here I would’ve renewed but my job relocated! Staff is awesome and the building is great! Always had fun at the residence events. Macey is also super kind and very attentive and the coworking space was my favorite area due to me working remote

Great experience

My experience with the maintenance team, especially Jonathan and Morales, has been excellent. They are always professional, responsive, and kind. Whenever I need assistance, they address issues quickly and efficiently.

Their dedication and positive attitude truly make a difference, and they are a great asset to the building.

A good value in the area!

I've lived here for a number of years and find this building be a good choice in the Pentagon City area. The maintenance team here is excellent and leasing has been very helpful with my family on a number of occasions! Front desk is also professional and amenities like the Sky Lounge are well maintained.
