Cortland on Pike

Cortland Community has a severe mice and roaches problem, even after multiple requests no severe actions are taken. Most of the time one or the other elevator doesn’t work. Most of the minimal GYM equipment are either missing or not available in both the building GYM’s.

There are people who work in the the leasing office that really try to do their best to solve problems and assist residents. William does a wonderful job whenever he is on site. However, the follow up for solving problems seem to get lost in the mix.

I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to live here unless they fixed the things that need to be fixed. The only thing that they seem to be worried about is remodeling the apartments at the old people moved out of instead of fixing the things and that they things that the people who live here now need, like we’re paying for Internet that doesn’t even work. It needs to be better.

Please don’t make us pay for the WiFi :( it’s horrible

If possible, remove mandatory internet from the contract and replace it with a choice option. Please.
