Cortland on Pike would be a very nice apartment if maintenance were on top of things like they once were before Courtland bought the property. Also, if the laundry room fully worked for the people who don’t have a washer and dryer in their apartment, and for emails to be returned, and not to be treated like you’re not important when you’re asking simple questions. Oh, and the parking fee for a sticker, and there’s no parking, is ridiculous. I mean, it’s not bad to pay a fee, but $40 and it’s no... spots after a certain time and night is also ridiculous. I don’t think residents with mine paying for Internet, if it actually works, but it doesn’t, so we are forced to pay for something that doesn’t work, so that could be better as well.

It's a nice spot and the community is decent. Before signing a lease, I would recommend checking to see if they are actively trying to improve the Internet issues. The Internet drops on me often enough that I need to watch a dvd or use a hotspot through my phone.
