An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights is $25 per night, 8-29 nights is $200, and 30+ nights is $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys are $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
