Living here at Renew Aster has it's pros and cons. The communication was good when I first moved in, however now it has become lacking. The Office seems to be always closed and when you try to get in touch with someone, it is difficult to reach them. It's a good area to live and stay, however I wish the property management was more accessible.

The apartments are nice, and the office staff communicates well and sends maintenance promptly when needed. However, the laundry area is very dirty and not well maintained.

The new property management is efficient and are very resident forward! It’s nice to have management that finally takes initiative to cater to the needs of their residents. Keep them!
