Office management are really good at answering all my concerns, the only bad thing I have to address is that there is always trash in the floor in the entrance trash can and people throw thing that should not be thrown there.

Living here has been manageable with average maintenance, frequent noise, and little sense of comfort. Neighbors who leave their trash on balcony for days on end has caused us for the first time ever to have ant problems.

We love it here, even though this is a big apartment complex, it still feels homey and welcoming, all the staff we have met are very welcoming, professional and helpful, the neighbors we have met are very welcoming and friendly too. I like the laundry room and the apps are easy to use too.

There were some ups and downs at the beginning far as roach. But my managers were on it. I think this environment is very quiet and safe for raising children. I do think the trash bill is ridiculous.
