Arrive is a beautiful landscape with great amenities. I truly enjoy how quiet it is being this close to Hollywood. However, there are a few issues I hope to get resolved very soon. One being the alarm system, elevators, no complementary coffee, except for certain hours, which a lot of luxury apartment complexes offer for free even non-luxury apartments, no sauna. Gym equipment, constantly broken or tools missing and not replaced swiftly. Also the Airbnb issue and I do feel as though my... relationship with the leasing office which I rarely have to communicate with them, but it’s not very hospitable when I do or do they seem to treat me like I’ve been a long-term tenant

The process of moving in could have been easier. Moving from one elevator to another was confusing. Staff appeared to be lost at the beginning but helpful. very nice building and friendly neighbors.

I like it here so far, amenities are great. Only wish the doors didn’t slam so loudly behind you, you can hear everyone’s door slamming. Also there’s a woman next to me who screams on the phone everyday, but other than that the apartment itself is very nice and I like how the community is pretty quiet and peaceful. You do have to wait 1-2 weeks to get an assigned parking space which sucks because the public parking area gets packed when there are shows going on around the Pantages

The bad rating is the staff not the community. Worst move-in experience I couldn’t even imagine in the fiction sentence. The staff will tell you they’ll get a two second task same day and 3 weeks later I’m still chasing them down for the simplest of forms and I stayed at a hotel for a week after my application got approved because they forgot to send the lease and then told me my lease started a day before I even signed it. It’s wild. In terms of the tenants - very good vibes. Love the property... and tenants have been friendly and chill. Good amenities. If they didn’t screw up so much with actually getting me in the unit with an approved application I’d have given it a two.
