Late-Night Noise Disturbance
NOISE DISTURBANCE
I have experienced ongoing noise disturbances at 888 at Grand Hope Park since December 2025.
During quiet hours, a neighboring unit has repeatedly created excessive noise late at night and early in the morning, including yelling, screaming, and loud vocal disturbances that can continue for extended periods of time. The sound transfers clearly through the walls and ventilation system and has repeatedly disrupted my ability to sleep and peacefully enjoy my unit.
I have... documented multiple incidents through recordings and repeated reports to the front desk and management over the course of several months. Despite continued notice of the issue, the disturbances have continued, despite all the efforts.
This ongoing situation has caused substantial sleep disruption, stress, and anxiety. *No resident should repeatedly have to be disturbed in the middle of the night due to excessive neighboring noise during designated quiet hours*
