Maintenance team and office staff are great to work with. Amenities include a gym, pool/jacuzzi and rooftop deck. Area can get slightly noisy but you get used to it.

Nice building and decent amenities. Only downside but the relative proximity to skid row, but Little Tokyo and the Arts District are great as neighborhoods to walk around in.

It’s great. I love it. However, it would w great that the karaoke room would be fixed. Also, the sky deck tv the internet doesn’t work along with the speakers. The refrigerator doesn’t work either. The LED lights, the ice maker as well.
