Roaches make it very hard to live comfortably. So many little things come up and our neighbors are so loud in the middle of the night. Otherwise the place is safe and cozy.

Leasing staff are always available to assist when needed. Always prompt when maintenance services are needed. I have not ran into any problems with neighbors or staff, overall a good community.

It's be great living in our community for over 7 years. The community is always clean and the staff here has always been very attentive from simple tasks to maintenance repairs.

Besides the loud kids and the trash issue its a great place to live. I am able to walk my dog around the complex and its pretty quite in the neighborhood at night. The laundry room has issues sometimes and is not cleaned frequently enough but besides that it is great.

Totally enjoyed the group outing for lunch on Friday I will be doing this again met some new neighbors had some good conversations and some good food made me feel like I was at home being new to the building this was really helpful in making new friend
