The facilities are very clean, the place is very quiet, and the office staff are always willing to help. I'm happy and at ease having moved here. I also haven't had any trouble with parking because there's plenty, even for visitors. Thank you very much.

Arrive Rolling Oaks is such a beautiful place. The location is great. Hiking trails and lots of restaurants near by in walking distance. The apartment has everything we need and enough space inside for a small family to grow!

I've had maintenance issues that have gone unadressed for a long time and it has been difficult communicating with the office since we lost our last manager. The grills and gym have damaged equipment and too many people use the gym at night to hang out and charge phone instead of actually exercising and our security patrol refuses to help.

Love the apartment so far! Dog park is nice, dodge enjoys it. Make it quick and easy for him to do his business. Staff is always friendly and we love our corner lot.
