There are too many maintenance issues. The lights by my unit have been out for weeks and both sets of grills have been broken for months. There are some aspects of the community I really like, but they need to hire more maintenance people and maybe reduce the number of landscapers.

Overall experience has been good. A few hiccups with neighbors, but the staff addressed our concerns quickly and kindly. The grounds are kept clean and if not, reminder text messages are sent for the community. They are very proactive in trying to make this complex as homey as possible.

Wish there was AC in the bedroom and sometimes my packages get lost but other than that it has been great. The appliances are nice and balcony is huge

Very clean, quiet, and nice community! Great staff that is always willing to help. Very excited to be living here. I would recommend this complex to everyone I know.

It was a great experience to live here. There were some annoyances like dogs being loud but the apartment office did write to the community which I appreciated
