From staff to neighbors, we have enjoyed all of our interactions here at The Artisan. The leasing and move-in process went smoothly, and the few issues we found during inspection or shortly after the move-in were taken care of promptly. We love that the staff organizes activities that present great opportunities to meet and connect with our new neighbors. We're very happy with where we landed.

Very happy here. Beautiful grounds lovely apartment. I have met some lovely people here and enjoy the swimming pool closeness to shopping, transportation and the city is so close just hop on 101 and off you go

I’ve been living at my new apartment for two weeks now. I absolutely love it! It’s very peaceful and quiet. My apartment feels spacious and clean. I have the “Aspen” floor plan and It’s very open and welcoming, it feels big even though it’s an apartment and the rustic wood flooring is esthetically pleasing. The walk in closets are a great size, as well as the bathrooms. I was also pleasantly surprised at the size of my balcony compared to the other complexes that I toured. The staff here have... been very helpful and knowledgeable. Jacqueline has been the best help with everything for the move in and is so warm and friendly . The amenities here have been really nice, quiet gym with a large yoga room attached, coupled by an outdoor fireplace with a large flatscreen by the hot tub and pool. Also, I was thrilled to get an email before my move in with all the steps with the move in process like PG&E set up, cable, renters insurance, etc. quick step by step process. Love it here! So happy!
