WOW! UnBelievable

Sixty58 & Waverly Flats Thanks for the $50 TARGET Gift Card... However; This isn't enough payment for us to Welcome 2026 with merely a trickle of water?!
We just wish our Hot Water Pressure would flow for a decent SHOWER or BATH C'mon
Or downstairs half-bathroom had been completed almost a MONTH ago - yet maintenance had yet to finish with the paint etc.

Thank goodness for New Ownership!

Living here used to be such a nightmare, we were constantly stressed. But then this new management company took over, and it's been a complete 180! Everything is so much better now and the change has been amazing. It's truly smooth sailing, I am a happy camper now.
Wow, it's been nearly a year since we moved in, and so far, so good! Thankfully the New Owners seem alright, thankfully, there hadn't been any Major problems. Our maintenance guy, Drè, is seriously the best; he knows his stuff! Plus,... he's always on time, which is a huge plus. Fingers crossed things stay this smooth!

I can't believe the difference since the switch! There were a few hiccups at first, but things are so much better now. I'm excited about the new changes that are still rolling out. It's been a complete 180! I feel like my living experience has improved, and I am loving it! I'm looking forward to seeing how much better it gets!


Hey, just a thought for the landlord, those upstairs floors are seriously squeaky, It's annoying when you're trying to tiptoe while your loved ones are asleep.

Also, it would be AWESOME if you could get the WINDOWS and DOORS WEATHER PROOFED. It'll help keep the heat in during the winter and lower those crazy utility bills! Just my two cents!
