It’s been bad. Ants all the time no matter what. So much noise. My bathtub was cheaply painted over and it’s scratching off. The floors were not the color I thought when I moved in like the model. Rats by the pool. No lights at night to see in the hallway of the front doors. Taco stand outside my apartment and is loud. I wanted to love it here, some of it I do. But it’s been hard and sad for me

It sounds like you've encountered a number of significant issues, from persistent ants and noise disturbances, including the taco... stand, to the condition of your bathtub and flooring not meeting your expectations. It’s been good experience so far living around here . The community is quiet and has great people. I like how they setup different things for the holidays where we all can relax and have good time. Taco stand is a plus !
