We have lived at Arrive for four years now and overall we really enjoy it. For the most part maintenance request are resolved in a timely manner. We love the doggie wash room. The grounds have gotten back to being more well maintained.
I think my biggest complaint/opportunity is the carport storage. They are not maintained at all. The door is incredibly hard to open/the key gets stuck in the lock and it’s take almost five minutes to get the right “wiggle” to the get door open.
And then the... insane amount of spider/cob webs inside. Makes it’s really hard to get into the storage spaces. There’s also some inappropriate writing on the plywood doors that definitely should be removed to keep a more family friendly vibe to the community.

This is a quiet and comfortable apartment community. The location is excellent, with shopping centers, schools, and churches all nearby. The neighbors are very friendly. The community services are highly responsive.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and I have to stay, I love the neighborhood and feel so comfortable in my space. The complex is clean and quiet, David the maintenance manager is amazing and we truly enjoy all of the amenities.
