With its prime location and vintage charm, Roami at Hotel Astor offers a timeless retreat in the heart of Miami’s most iconic neighborhood. Nearby attractions include The Wolfsonian–FIU (185 ft), Miami Beach – South Beach (0.3 miles), Española Way (0.5 miles), Miami Beach Botanical Garden (1.1 miles), and the Art Deco Historic District.
This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
