The area around the trash bins Building 10, Alton is still messy. The laundry room is not clean, and the main garbage bin is overflowing. Only one washer is working, while the others have been out of order and waiting for replacement parts for a long time.

Although I travel a lot I feel safe leaving my apartment. No one has ever bothered my packages, ot gotten in my apartment. Kids have to be reminded to not dig in the dirt but it's quiet for the most oart.

So far, everything has been going well and I have no complaints. I’ve really enjoyed living here over the past year, and the space has met my needs well. I’m very comfortable in the apartment and appreciate how smoothly everything has been. I’m looking forward to renewing my lease for another year.

We love the inside of our apartment but getting any maintenance done is a nightmare. The lady up front is super helpful but unfortunately her hands are tied when it comes to maintenance.
