Great neighborhood!! The area is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly when we moved in! There are a few flaws in the townhome itself, but they are all just everyday wear-and-tear. We are really enjoying it here!

Same as everywhere else. Its an apartment. If you've ever lived in one, you know how it goes. Add more college kids to the mix & there you have it. The cost keeps most of the craziness away. Most.

Overall we love living here. The location where we are at is great. Only thing to really complain about was the pool this summer. Very poorly taken care of which caused for not much use from the residents.
