Tired of it here. Safety is a growing concern and maintenance is irresponsible and poor at communication.
My car has now been broken into TWICE from our apartment lot. The first time it happened over a year ago management assured us cameras were in the works to add some security measures but still none are to be found that I’m aware of. Recently, my car was broken into and fully stolen from our lot. I really miss feeling safe in our community.
Historically, maintenance is typically slow to... respond or just won’t communicate with you at all. Last time we had a work order they said they would schedule a time to fix it. Then we were surprised to get an email saying it was taken care of only to come home and find our cat was let out and went missing.
