Nice and quiet and plenty of parking. The pool is nice in the summer. Feel safe walking to my car. Near by shopping is great. For being in such a great school district, the rent is reasonable.

Maintenance is very good and always helpful! Community is safe, but noise complaints are not addressed well here. Lots of stomping around at the building!

it is an affordable apartment. It is definitely a creaky building. Keep that in mind that you will hear your neighbors. If that is an issue, I suggest a house.

We have had a pretty pleasant experience maintenance has been great and Blake has been a breath of fresh air. We should just have more resident activities

Since day one everyone has been welcoming and feel very safe to walk around and enjoy the outdoors while it's not too cold!
I also noticed a very diverse age group that lives here and I think that's very nice to have. It means that this place is very accommodating and want to open their doors to residents of all backgrounds.
