Everybody in the office is extremely nice and maintenance is very nice. My only complaint is the fact that the apartments leave a lot to be desired when it comes to being any type of soundproof. My neighbor upstairs constantly drops stuff on the floor every single day and I can hear every step in the ceiling. I wouldn't care except for the fact they literally do this every single night and I've only lived here a few days.

I’ve been living here for several months, and overall it’s been an average experience. The location is convenient, with grocery stores, public transportation, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is a decent size, and the layout is functional. Maintenance usually responds within a reasonable timeframe, though not always as quickly as I’d like. The building is generally clean, but common areas could use more consistent upkeep. Noise levels vary depending on neighbors, and the walls are a... bit thin. Parking can sometimes be challenging during busy hours. On the positive side, the staff is polite and tries to be helpful when issues arise. While it’s not a luxury complex, it offers fair value for the price. Overall, it’s an okay place to live, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Im pleased with living at Renew on Blue the office is very helpful and the maintenance guys are very good about getting what you need done. The grounds are kept up very nice and the pool too. This is a peaceful quite place to live. I like it.
