The building seems quieter, that’s refreshing. I will be able to sit in the patio and enjoy the birds singing in the morning! Maintenance does a great job keeping the grounds clean the battle against irresponsible dog owners is ongoing. Maybe it’s a language issue and they can’t read the “pet area” signs. Hard to tell.

Been living here for more than 2 years now, what I still love about this community is the maintenance - swift, proactive, preventative, pain free. Occasional small roaches or palmetto bug is there, and the pest control service is NOT effective, but if you maintain your apartment properly, keep it clean, and put in maintenance request every now and then - to seal any gaps or holes that you may occasionally discover, bugs reduce dramatically!! Our family love this garden community, so far.
