The sixty-six months that I have been here have flown by. I enjoy the quiet evenings and the personable neighbors.
The maintenance staff has consistently been quick and efficient to remedy any of my maintenance requests.
The property management has been transparent and patient. Cary Greens at Preston has been a joy to reside within.

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The community is clean and well-maintained.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming.

I don't recommend apartments facing swimming pool, cause it's reeeeeaaallly loud when pool season is on.
But overall no major complaints!

Maintenance, any requests is addressed within 2 - 3 days.
Negative - Kids play area needs renovation
