The maintenance men are professional and always willing to educate tenants on issues related to the service request. The use of the thermostat was explained to me in detail to where I am comfortable operating it now.

My wife and I love Parkside commons apartments because of Brandon and his professional and likable team. The maintenance men are young and energetic and always helpful when issues arise. I love the large balcony that newer apartments don't have. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are in great condition. Brandon the manager deserves recognition for the consistency of the upkeep and events such as food trucks that he brings on site for the residents.
