Spent several months looking for an apartment and visited at least 10 communities. The Banks at Rivergate was the best. The community is not as large as some which I liked and the management team was easy to deal with. Jahrett went above and beyond staff at other sites. Since moving in Maintenance has responded quickly to any issues that came up and they are friendly and very polite.
Highly recommended!

A pleasant and comfortable transition from a single-family home, The Banks at Rivergate feels like an at-home oasis with friendly neighbors, an excellent community staff, outstanding support from Ayanna in the leasing office, and a responsive maintenance team—truly home sweet home.
