My experience at the Banks at Rivergate has been great. The Leasing Specialist in the office is always kind, welcoming, and professional, which really sets a positive tone for the community. The maintenance team and management have also been consistently friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are modern, updated, and comfortable. My overall experience living here has been very positive.

My fiancé and I just moved into The Banks at Rivergate last month, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the moment we moved in, we’ve been so impressed with everything this community has to offer.
The amenities are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the renovated home we chose is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for us! The service has been top-notch, and the office and maintenance teams have been amazing, everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and responsive.
We’re so... happy to call The Banks at Rivergate home and are already excited about the upcoming resident events! We definitely made the right choice!

We toured several apartment communities before selecting The Banks at Rivergate. I love that it is a smaller community with mature landscaping and is so beautifully maintained. But the main reason we selected it is because Jahrett was so helpful and responsive. I moved from another state and Jahrett did several face time tours of apartments with me always taking his time to show me any available apartment and answer my questions, I’ve been here for 2 months and have found the staff to be... incredibly kind and helpful. Oscar and Gi in maintenance are not only friendly, they are prompt hard workers and always happy to help.

The Banks at Rivergate are beautiful apartments. My favorite in the area. The small touches to the kitchen and bathrooms are perfect. They still offer dining areas and dens, which a lot of places don't. The sizes of the apartments are pretty big and very spacious. A lot of natural light.

I honestly wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I've served my time here and I'm ready to get out.
