It’s a very safe and nice community. The neighbors are friendly. I enjoy sitting on my balcony relaxing. Maintenance staff are awesome and very helpfull. They have always been prompt to attend to my request.

I really enjoy the area. Calm and quiet, yet there are so many different stores that are great for groceries and just shopping. Maintenance does a very good job and has a quick turnaround after submitting a request. Have yet to have any serious issues; would recommend and actually have.

I just moved in today to find my HVAC system is not running. It’s a bummer to have to submit a maintenance request on the first day living at the property, one which likely won’t be addressed until Monday at the earliest. Thankfully the ceiling fans work well. Negative first impression.
