Avana Lake Lynn is conveniently located. It is connected to a lake with a two mile walking trail. It feels like you are living in a vacation. It is quiet and well maintained. Everyone in the community is very welcoming.

I don’t think I will be renewing my lease. My apartment does not have ceiling fans the original apartment that I was showed had ceiling fans, tired of smelling people smoking marijuana other than that I’ve had no issues with the staff. Maintenance is awesome.

I chose to live in this community five years ago because of the great location close to a variety of public places and at the same time to be surrounded by nature. I was offered by the new office management to transfer to a renovated apartment which I love. My transfer’s transition was smooth thanks to our current manager, office staff and the maintenance crew. I love living at Avana at Lake Lynn !

I am very happy at Avana at Lake Lynn. I've been living here for 5 years! This is a great place to live surrounded by nature and close to everything in North Raleigh.
The office staff is amazing: Angeline, the manager, as well as Chloe and Darius. They always respond to any concerns kindly and thoughtfully.
The Maintenance crew responds quickly to any requests , they go above and beyond, they are all thoughtful, knowledgeable and very kind.

was very pleased with the property prior to the new management. Fortunately, most of the maintenance team is still here, and even though there are fewer of them, they continue to respond and take care of issues both big and small. While response times have changed due to the smaller team, they still work hard and try to resolve things as quickly as possible.
The new management initially seemed promising, but it has changed the overall vibe of the community, making it feel colder and more... restrictive. Before, even without a full clubhouse, the atmosphere felt inviting—staff were welcoming, light music played in the background, the management office was always open and engaging, and residents felt genuinely welcomed.
Chloe has been an excellent addition to the administrative team, and I hope she stays. However, the community overall does not seem as clean or as engaging as it once was. Hopefully, positive changes will be made within the year.
