We moved to Concord Apts in May of 2026; the complex is tree lined and well maintained, the community is diverse and the residence and staff are friendly and helpful; especially the leasing staff which was very helpful filling out all the forms etc., which we are very grateful. It’s a nice place to live, there’s a gym and pool to cool off during the hot summer and there are plenty of stores and places to eat close by.

We are new residents of Concord Apts, the experience thus far has been very positive, the mgmt team was extremely helpful with the online application and helped us thru the process, the residents here are friendly and don’t hesitate to lend a helping hand and the maintenance staff is also friendly and takes care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. Also, the community is peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy the sounds of nature..,

difficult to get someone on the phone

the leasing office gatekeeps information and tells you they’re working on it when they just lying to get you to hang up. they don’t follow up. very unprofessional and disappointing
