Beautiful buidlings, great location. But the apartments are in bad shape on on move in and the kitchen isn't even formatted right. The dishwasher is blocked by the drawers in the kitchen and they have no fix for it other than removing the handle to the drawer.

I LOVE living at Concord Apartments. It's safe and family oriented community. I moved there over 1 year and half ago. I must say, it has been one of my BEST decision I have made. I LOOOOOOOOVE my apartment. It's bright, has lots of windows, very comfortable, and the office workers, along with the maintenance staff, make one great, very efficient and caring team. I highly recommend moving to this community.

Kristen was amazing throughout the whole process of applying and leasing. She was fast with her communication and got everything I needed for me and asked if there was anything else she could do. She really made me feel at home. The apartment itself is nice.

Concord is a wonderful place to live! It is such a step up from other apartments, especially the management. They actually care for you and take their job seriously. They respond clearly and quickly, and acknowledge concerns while resolving them swiftly. The community is beautiful and in a nice location.

Beautiful and safe place to live. Small community with friendly, and respectful neighbors. ALL staff are PHENOMENAL!!! The ladies in the office and maintenance crew make a GREAT team. They take care of things as soon as they are aware of, or reported to them. I am going on my 2nd year of residing at Concord Apartments and expect many more to come. I truly LOVE ?? it here. ??????
