Elan City Center is a beautiful community, and during our initial walkthrough, the apartment appeared very nice and welcoming. The staff has also been pleasant throughout the process. However, during the final walkthrough, we noticed several maintenance and cleanliness issues that were concerning, including damaged appliances and areas that needed deeper cleaning and attention.

I’m hopeful these concerns will be properly addressed asap, as the community itself has great potential and presents... very well overall.

I like the boutique style building with outdoor access from my apartment. The location is cleaner than city center, yet only a few blocks away. The side walks and roads are in better condition. The location and landscape offers more beauty with nature and beautiful homes in the historic Oakwood neighborhood, two blocks away. Management is responsive, respectful and professional.
