No trash has been picked up and I’ve been here for 2 weeks but paying for trash collection . Patio is nasty trash on ground outside of patio but I was told to worry about inside and not outside. So I cleaned it up myself the trash and tried to scrub the patio down to my best ability but I took a lot of pictures..

Been at the residence for 2 weeks and honestly have not been happy about my experience. Maybe I just had bad luck this move but I do not do bugs. There were multiple spider webs by my door. Asked maintenance to come remove and they never did. Just cleared my work order. I have seen baby roaches which means a mother is near producing. Since I’ve moved in. Since DAY 1. Terminax came but unsure if that will even help. My privacy lock got stuck due to poor installation and I had to undrill my locks... to leave my apartment. Took almost a week until my locks were changed and new keys were given. Did I mention the baby roaches? Found some more last night after my terminax visit. My dryer did not work yet keys were delayed for a new dryer and for carpet cleaning. Which had pollen all over due to windows being open and my heat on. Assuming this was to dry my carpet faster since I was moving in that day. Carpet was still wet on arrival. Did not receive a move in check list to note prior damages but I did take pictures.

Used to be good, but change management companies too frequently. Office staff not the best at communicating. Seems like the Riley is money hungry. They charge fees for whatever they can. They added parking stickers for no reason & require our guest to walk very far if it after hours or risk getting towed. Can’t even park in visitor spaces or will still get towed. I’m ready to move
